For Family & CaregiversThe New Jersey Healthcare Access Center (NJ Access Portal) provides free, personalized healthcare navigation services for Korean-American individuals and families across New Jersey. Navigating the American healthcare system can be overwhelming—especially when language barriers, complex health insurance plans, or medical costs stand in the way. Our mission is to ensure every community member receives timely, culturally competent, and high-quality care. We assist with finding Korean-speaking physicians, scheduling medical appointments, verifying insurance and copays, and connecting eligible patients to New Jersey Charity Care and financial assistance programs.
